Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with a firm understanding of the inner workings of BioMed and Supply Chain departments within large health systems.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and will leverage existing relationships within the Texas health systems sector to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with key stakeholders across various departments including Bio-Med, supply chain, procurement, IT, asset/facility management, and construction to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities 
  • Represent Direct Bids at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and services.



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
