We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to join our leadership team. This pivotal role is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy at a company-wide level. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in small, preferably start-up, companies with a proven track record of bringing on new clients and growing market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive company growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth within the Texas healthcare sector.
Represent Direct Bids at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and services.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully bringing on new clients and growing market share in small or start-up companies.
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and sales processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
